Safe opening
Forgotten combination, dead keypad, broken key, or a bolt that will not retract. We work from least invasive to most: battery and code diagnostics, manipulation or scoping where appropriate, then controlled drilling and full repair with the hole plugged and the lock replaced.
Combination changes
New owner, staff turnover, or a code too many people know. We reset mechanical dials and electronic keypads and set up separate manager and user codes where the lock supports it.
Dial to digital conversion
Replace a slow mechanical dial with an electronic keypad, or replace a failing keypad with a reliable dial that never needs batteries. Both are straightforward on most safes.
Safe repair & service
Lubrication, bolt-work alignment, hinge and handle repair, relocker resets, broken spindles and door adjustment so the safe closes and locks properly again.
Safe moving guidance & bolt-down
We can bolt a safe to a floor or slab so it cannot be carried off - the single biggest weakness of small home safes.
Proof of ownership
For any safe opening we verify you are entitled to access. Bring ID and something linking you to the property or the safe.
